Jenny Burns is a renowned organisational change expert. She has a track record of delivering innovative transformation programmes in well-established, complex businesses that help them boost productivity.

Since March 2018, Jenny has been CEO of KBS Albion, the cutting-edge brand innovation strategists. Prior to this, Jenny worked at Just for two years, where she created a new brand following the merger of two fierce rivals in the retirement income market. She transformed the business from a traditional annuity provider to a service brand with a strong social purpose at its core.

Prior to Just, Jenny worked at RSA for almost five years where she was the Group Communications, Brand and Social Media Director. During her time at RSA she transformed how people worked by leading the move from an old-fashioned office space to the Walkie Talkie building. She also spearheaded the cultural change required to maximise a £40m investment in new technology, which improved the productivity of almost 25,000 employees by bringing them together under one virtual roof.

Jenny started her career at WHSmith on the store management programme. She loved the pace, the customers and the thrill of running a business. She then moved to WHSmith’s head office as an Internal Comms Manager where her obsession for understanding human change and positive disruption began.

For the past 23 years, Jenny has worked across many different industries, holding roles at Barclays, Centrica British Gas, HBOS and Telefonica O2.
