Therése Gedda is an internationally recognised thought leader and keynote speaker on the future of work, business culture, workplace engagement, entrepreneurship, and the high achiever mindset.
A highly skilled serial entrepreneur with more than a decade of unparalleled accomplishments, she was named by Nordic 100 as one of the most influential and impactful people from the Nordics. She has also received the prestigious innovation award, SKAPA, in memory of Alfred Nobel.
For 17 years, Therése has inspired over 30,000 people in over 10 countries. She has engaged with audiences of 5 to 5000 people at conferences such as TEDx, Web Summit and TNW, as well as invitation-only events organised by Apple and LVMH. She’s graced stages in cities including New York City, San Francisco, London, Paris, Venice, Lisbon, Stockholm, Barcelona, Boston, Amsterdam, Helsinki, Dublin and Toronto.
At the age of 17, Therése started her first management consultancy, and for 17 years, she has supported thousands of founders, management teams and executives. At the age of 21, she became a guest lecturer at the Stockholm School of Economics and the Royal Institute of Technology.
