Jacqueline is a leadership development expert who empowers executives and top teams to drive transformational growth in performance, innovation and organizational culture by mastering the mind. She is Senior Partner and Director of North America at Potential Project.
Jacqueline has been instrumental in the growth and development of executives and teams. Her work includes:
- Leading the senior executive team of a major retailer on a one-year journey to “transform to perform” individually, as a team, and as an organization.
- Guiding the senior executive team of a global consumer packaged goods company and its top 200
leaders on a transformational journey to drive stronger performance while maintaining its caring culture. - Coaching executive team members of top Fortune 500 companies.
Jacqueline is also a recognized thought leader and is the co-author of the books: Compassionate Leadership – How to Do Hard Things in a Human Way (HBR Press, 2022), The Mind of the Leader – How to Lead Yourself, Your People and Your Organization for Extraordinary Results (HBR Press, 2018), and More Human: How the Power of AI Can Transform the Way You Lead (HBR Press, 2025).
